10mm unusual hand textured bead in Fuchsia (1955)
This is a very unusual faceted glass bead. After the beads were made, they were coated in small pieces of glass by hand and then fire polished leaving a textured finish. It was made in 1955 in a factory in Germany which recently closed. The bead is approximately 10mm in length and diameter.
